The Service uses AI to generate match scores, resumes, cover letters, and other materials. These outputs may contain errors and are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on or submitting it. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Veritic and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
